pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section La d\u00e9mission doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e par courrier ou courrier \u00e9lectronique au pr\u00e9sident du coll\u00e8ge. Elle n\u2019a pas \u00e0 \u00eatre motiv\u00e9e par le membre d\u00e9missionnaire.<\/p><p>2. Comme indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article 7 des statuts, l\u2019exclusion d\u2019un membre peut \u00eatre prononc\u00e9e par le bureau. Sont notamment r\u00e9put\u00e9s constituer des motifs d\u2019exclusion:<\/p><p>\u2013 une condamnation p\u00e9nale ou disciplinaire ;<\/p><p>\u2013 toute action de nature \u00e0 porter pr\u00e9judice, directement ou indirectement, aux activit\u00e9s de l\u2019association ou \u00e0 sa r\u00e9putation ;<\/p><p>\u2013 la non-participation r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e et non motiv\u00e9e aux activit\u00e9s de l\u2019association ;<\/p><p>\u2013 le non-paiement de cotisation apr\u00e8s rappels \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9.<\/p><p>3. Quorum :<\/p><p>Le quorum est un pourcentage du nombre de membres du Coll\u00e8ge.<\/p><p>Les votes ne sont valides que si le quorum est atteint au moment du vote.<\/p><p><\/p><p>1.1. Pour les Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales et r\u00e9unions pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res :<\/p><p>La moiti\u00e9 des membres est n\u00e9cessaire pour que le Coll\u00e8ge d\u00e9lib\u00e8re valablement.<\/p><p><\/p><p>1.2. Pour les Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales Extraordinaires<\/p><p>Les deux tiers des membres sont n\u00e9cessaires pour que le Coll\u00e8ge d\u00e9lib\u00e8re valablement.<\/p><p><\/p><p>2. Votes des membres pr\u00e9sents<\/p><p>Les membres pr\u00e9sents votent \u00e0 main lev\u00e9e. Toutefois, un scrutin secret doit \u00eatre organis\u00e9 en cas de<\/p><p>demande d\u2019un des membres pr\u00e9sents.<\/p><p><\/p><p>3. Votes par procuration<\/p><p>Si un membre de l\u2019association ne peut assister personnellement \u00e0 une assembl\u00e9e, il peut s\u2019y faire<\/p><p>repr\u00e9senter par un mandataire qu\u2019il aura d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par \u00e9crit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section d\u00e9cisions sont prises \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 de ses membres.<\/p><p>En cas d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des voix, celle du pr\u00e9sident est pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante.<\/p><p>Toute d\u00e9cision du bureau doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re
